TO GET THERE: Take I-94 to exit 340, drive toward the lake on Lake Ave until it ends in a sharp left curve at Sheridan Road, Turn left. You can see the building straight ahead. Sheridan takes a jog to the left, then crosses a little river. The parking lot entrance is on right immediately after the bridge. The next right is Linden Ave where there is limited street parking and a drop-off zone. North American Bahai House of Worship is at 100 Linden Avenue, Wilmette, IL 60091 It was closed when I was there because of the virus. (42.073654, -87.684189)

Chicago Northwest KOA

I stayed at the CHICAGO NORTHWEST KOA before going to town. It is well kept, has some trees. There are 25 RV sites and 43 Pull-Thru, cabins and many tent sites, pets on 6’ leash, dog park, some breeds not allowed, laundry, dump. Lots for kids to do swimming pool, playground, jump pad, volleyball, horseshoes, mini-golf, yard games, poly pong, and more.

TO GET THERE: (42.206159, -88.550200) From I-90W (toll) take US-20 Exit Hampshire/ Marengo, turn left onto US-20, go 1 mile, thru traffic circle, stay on US-20 W, go 3¼ miles, turn slight right onto South Union Road, go ¼ mile. Immediately after Wild West Town, make a sharp right turn into entrance of KOA. 8404 S. Union Road, Union, IL 60180.
